From Thesis to Global Impact
Imagetwin began as a research project at TU Wien, where co-founder, Markus Zlabinger, explored methods for detecting image plagiarism and manipulation in scientific papers. Encouraged by feedback from experts like Elisabeth Bik and winning an incubation program at TU Wien, Markus teamed up with Patrick Starke to bring the idea to life.
Today, Imagetwin is a trusted partner for publishers and institutions worldwide, continuously innovating to stay ahead of new integrity challenges.
