What does each scan include?
With one scan, you can check either one PDF file or up to 25 individual images. If a figure contains sub-images (such as panels within a composite figure), these are included in the scan at no extra cost.
How does Single Sign-On (SSO) work?
SSO allows users to log in using their institution’s authentication system, eliminating the need for separate credentials while ensuring secure access. It is included in our Professional and Enterprise plans.
How many team members can access the platform?
The number of team members varies depending on the subscription plan:
Essentials: Up to 5 users
Advanced: Up to 10 users
Pro: Up to 20 users
Enterprise: Unlimited users
For broader team or institutional access, the Enterprise plan offers the flexibility of unlimited users and is best suited for large-scale collaboration.

What is a private repository?
The private repository feature allows you to build up your own database of publications. When you scan a paper, duplicated images across the paper and your private repository will be detected. The data in your private repository is only accessible to you or your organization. All plans include 50MB of storage, with larger storage options available for purchase.
Do you offer free trials or sample scans?

Can I pay for a custom number of scans?
Subscription plans come with predefined scan limits, but we offer custom solutions for institutions and large-scale users. Contact us to discuss tailored pricing.

Is there a refund policy for unused scans?
